Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV)
List of Approved Applicants / Voting Period

For those who registered as overseas absentee voters in the Netherlands during the registration period 1 February - 31 August 2009, please check the list of approved OAV applicants on the website of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).
For all overseas absentee voters, please note that the voting period will be from 10 April to 10 May 2010. COMELEC will send the mailing packets (containing the ballot and instruction on how to fill it out, the official list of candidates, etc) directly to voters in the Netherlands by March 2010. The voters themselves will submit (personally or by mail) their ballots to the Embassy.
Ballots will be accepted by the Embassy from 10 April until 10 May 2010, 1800H Philippine Time. |
