CONSULAR SERVICES
The Consular Section of the Embassy is open from 9:00AM to 11:30AM and from 1:00PM to 3:30PM.
Passport applications are by appointments only. For further information, please check the menu on Machine Readable Passports. For all other consular applications, the Consular Section works on a first-come, first served basis. Request for appointment is not necessary.
However, please note that for applications in the Honorary Consulates in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, appointment is necessary.
Applicants who file their applications in the morning can claim their requested consular service in the afternoon of the same day starting 3:00PM. On the other hand, applicants who file their applications in the afternoon can claim their requested consular service in the morning of the next working day from 10:00AM to 11:30AM.
Applicants may also choose to have their processed document mailed or sent to them by post. Applicants will need to submit a self-addressed envelope together with their application and pay the appropriate amount for registered mail.
The Consular Section reserves the right to charge the applicant the cost of photocopying services should they fail to provide copies of documents needed for their application.
All payments should be made in cash. Payments by pin or credit card are not accepted. |
